Place in bottom of Dutch oven. Medium slice potatoes.
Use spices to taste.
Place on top of chops.

When cooking is completed, remove and thicken broth for sauce.
Heat oven to 325.
Spray Dutch oven with nonstick cooking spray.

Add pork, onion, and garlic; sprinkle with seasoned salt.
Cook 4 to 6 minutes or until pork is browned, stirring occasionally.
Add all remaining ingredients except green beans; mix well.
Cover.
Bake covered at 325 for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
Uncover and stir in green beans. Cover and bake an additional 30 to 45 minutes or until pork and vegetables are tender.
Cook chops over medium heat until brown on both sides.
Remove chops to platter.
Cook potatoes, carrots and onions until lightly brown, adding oil if necessary.
Arrange the vegetables over and around the pork chops.
Stir in tomatoes with liquid and remaining ingredients, except peas.
Heat to boiling; reduce heat to low and cover and simmer 45 to 50 minutes.
Add frozen peas.
Heat through.
