Crockpot Ground Beef Chili

In a large frying pan, cook meat, onion, and green pepper until meat is not pink. Put into a Pam-sprayed 6 quart crockpot. Combine tomato puree, salsa, tomatoes, broth, and water. Add seasonings to liquid and mix. Mix into meat mixture in crockpot. Cook on high for 4 hours or low for 8 hours. Add kidney beans last twenty minutes of cook time.

Texas Chili

Grind roast for chili meat and sear in olive oil until gray, not brown.
Stir in chopped onion and one quart water. Bring to a bubbling simmer and let simmer 1 1/2 hours.
Add all other ingredients except flour, cornmeal and water. let simmer for 3 hours.

Combine beans, onion, chili peppers, corn, tomato sauce, cumin, chili powder and taco seasoning in a slow cooker. Place chicken on top and cover. Cook on low for approximately 8 hours or on high for 6 hours. Check towards end time so as not to overcook.
Half hour before serving, remove chicken and shred. Return chicken to slow cooker and stir. Top with fresh cilantro.

Crockpot Mexican Taco Chili

In a large skillet, cook ground beef and onion, one-half at a time, till meat is browned and onion is tender.
Drain off fat.
Transfer to a 3 1/2-quart to 5-quart crockery cooker.
Stir in dry taco seasoning, diced tomatoes, diced tomatoes with green chilies, pinto beans, chili beans in chili sauce, and corn.
Cover.
Cook on LOW for 8-10 hours or on HIGH for 4-5 hours.
Sprinkle each serving with some cheese and chips.
