Chunky Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. lean ground meat
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 tsp. minced garlic
    1/4 c. chili powder
    2 (1 lb.) cans chopped tomatoes with garlic and onion
    1 can Ro-Tel Chili Fixins
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 cans beef for chili (optional)
Preparation
    Brown meat, onion and garlic.
    Drain well. Add the rest of the ingredients. Add about 3 cups of water and simmer for several hours.
