Crockpot Ground Beef Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lbs. ground beef
    1 large onion
    1 medium green pepper, chopped
    2 16 oz. cans kidney beans, rinsed and drained
    1 29 oz. can tomato puree
    1 16 oz. jar salsa
    1 14 1/2 oz. can diced tomatoes, undrained
    1 10 1/2 oz. condensed beef broth, undiluted
    1-2 cups of water
    6 tbl. chili powder or to taste
    2 tbl. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tbl. dried basil
    2 tsp. ground cumin
    2 tsps. steak sauce
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. coarsely ground pepper
Preparation
    In a large frying pan, cook meat, onion, and green pepper until meat is not pink. Put into a Pam-sprayed 6 quart crockpot. Combine tomato puree, salsa, tomatoes, broth, and water. Add seasonings to liquid and mix. Mix into meat mixture in crockpot. Cook on high for 4 hours or low for 8 hours. Add kidney beans last twenty minutes of cook time.
