In microwave melt together margarine and cream cheese.
Pour corn and melted mixture into crockpot and stir well.
Cook on low setting 3 hours then 1 hour on high.
Place all ingredients in crockpot. Cook on low about 6 hours. Very rich and creamy.

Cook on high setting for 2 hours. Stir occasionally.

Cooking instructions: Cook in Crockpot on Low for 8 hours or High for 4 hours.

Heat oil in cast iron skillet or your favorite sautee pan. Sautee onion and garlic until translucent and garlic is fragrant. Do not brown the garlic as it will become bitter.
Place pork tenderloin and all remaining ingredients in 5 quart crockpot.
Add sauteed onion and garlic, stir gently.
Set crockpot on low heat and let cook for 8-10 hours, until pork tenderloin is soft.

Wash potatoes and cover with foil. Add to the pot.
Shuck the corn, and wrap each ear in foil. Add to the crockpot.
