br>In a 4-quart crock pot, add the chopped onions.
- For this recipe I used a 6-qt crock pot that comes equipped with
Rub salt and black pepper onto pork loin and place in crock pot. Add all of remaining ingredients EXCEPT cornstarch and water.
Turn crock pot on high for 1 hour and then cook on low for 5-6 hours.
Mix cornstarch and water in small bowl and add last 15 minutes of cooking time which will help make the gravy.
Remove loin onto a serving plate. This recipe will go well with rice, potatoes or noodles.

Salt and pepper pork loin to taste, and brown on
Fry bacon until crisp. Drain, crumble and set aside.
Add all remaining ingredients except pork, bacon and black beans to crock pot and stir well.
Stir in pork and bacon.
Cover and cook on high 4 hours or until pork is done.
Break up pieces of pork with a fork or a potato masher.
Reduce heat to low.
Add drained black beans and continue to cook on high for 30 minutes.
Serve with flour or corn shells, guacamole, sour cream, cheese, and salsa.
Turn Crock Pot to High.
Mix first
Rinse loin with cool water.
Place all ingredients into crock pot.
Sprinkle loin with the garlic, onion, chili powders, brown sugar and salt n pepper.
Cover and cook on low for 8 - 10 hours.
Meat will be very tender and this makes a thin, but nice sauce. You can add more BBQ sauce when done to thicken sauce if desired.
Saute first 4 ingredients (onion, celery, garlic and butter) until tender.
Put in crock-pot.
Add remaining ingredients into crock-pot.
Stir occasionally.
Cook 3 to 4 hours on low setting. Before serving, add water if too thick, or add flour if too watery.
Spray crock pot with cooking spray and add the pork roast.

Mix the sauce ingredients in a bowl. Cover and refrigerate if made the night before.
Heat oil over medium heat in frying pan.
Season the chops with the seasoning salt and pepper and add to pan. Brown chops for 3 minutes on each side. Cover and refrigerate if made the night before.
Add chops to crock pot. Cover with sauce and cook on low for 5 hours, 6-7 hours if mostly frozen. These times work great in my crock pot but your's may be hotter or cooler. That's why I like crock pots, it's hard to overcook!

Mix all ingredients together. Put roast in crock-pot and pour mixture over it. Cook on low 6 to 8 hours.
Rub roast with salt and pepper.
Brown in hot oil.

Put your lid on and cook on low for 6 hours.
The meat will start to shred. When it does, I flip it on high heat and cook it another 1/2 hour until all is shredded.
