Crock-Pot Barbecue Pork - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. onion, chopped
    1/4 c. celery, chopped
    1 clove garlic
    2 Tbsp. butter
    12 oz. chili sauce (Heinz)
    1/2 c. water
    3 Tbsp. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    3 c. shredded pork (approximately 2 1/2 to 2 3/4 lb. pork loin roast)
Preparation
    Saute first 4 ingredients (onion, celery, garlic and butter) until tender.
    Put in crock-pot.
    Add remaining ingredients into crock-pot.
    Stir occasionally.
    Cook 3 to 4 hours on low setting. Before serving, add water if too thick, or add flour if too watery.
