Layer the ingredients in order.
Alternate these layers until crock-pot is full.
Put crock-pot on high for 3 to 4 hours.
Bone in ham has best results, if making a turkey ham or processed ham roast reduce the cooking time by about an hour.
Wash apples and carrots, core and slice apples into wedges, I use an apple slicer that does both. Place in bottom of crock pot add liquid and sprinkle with spices. Place Ham on top of carrots and apples. If you prefer you can glaze the ham with brown sugar or crushed pineapple. Cook on High 4-6 hours or on Low for 10 hours.

Add beans, ham, onion powder, garlic powder, broth, pepper and salt to crock pot and mix lightly (may change amounts according to taste, or use diced onion and diced garlic in place of powders).
Turn crock pot on low and cook all day (at least 8 hours).
Stir together the potatoes, onion and bacon in the crock pot.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, chicken broth, cream of chicken soup, water, milk and pepper.
Add the mixture to the crock.
Cook on low for 8 to 10 hours or on high for 4 to 5 hours.
Before serving, put some of the mixture into the blender, and mix back in to thicken the soup.

Spray your crock-pot with butter flavored cooking spray. Combine ham, potatoes and onions. Sprinkle cheese evenly over top. In a small bowl, combine soup, pepper, parsley and mustard. Add soup mixture to potato mixture. Mix well to combine. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours. Mix well before serving.
Makes six 1-cup servings at 3 WW pts per serving.
Place in crock pot: ham, chicken, seasoning, pepper, gravy. Stir to mix. Cook on high 3 hours.
At end of 3rd hour, add broccoli and soup. Do not stir. Cook another 45 minutes.
After the 45 minutes is done, stir in broccoli and soup. Add the cream cheese and replace cover for about 10 minutes until softened. Stir all until cheese is fully incorporated, being careful not to smash the broccoli too much.
Serve over whole wheat pasta or rice.
Could also be cooked on low for a longer period of time.
