Cut round steaks into crosswise slices about 1/2 inch wide.
Heat oil; brown steak on all sides.
Use a slotted spoon to remove meat to a baking dish; set aside.
Pour off fat, then place remaining ingredients in skillet; bring to a boil then reduce heat and simmer for 2 minutes.
Pour over steak, cover tightly with foil, and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Uncover and bake for 30 minutes longer.
Serve with rice or potatoes and a salad.
Barbecue round steak recipe serves 4 to 6.

Preheat the oven to 400\u00b0F. Heat the oil in a large frying pan and saute pork for 5 mins. Add the potatoes, onion, peppers, beans and 2/3 of the steak sauce. Bring to a boil, season and remove from the heat. Transfer to a large greased baking dish and spread creme fraiche (or sour cream, if using) and grated cheese over top. Bake for 30-45 mins and serve with the remaining steak sauce.
This recipe works best on a grill

Soak 16 (10 inch) wooden skewers in water for at least 30 minutes.
In small bowl, combine steak sauce, barbecue sauce and horseradish; set aside.
Thread steak strips onto skewers; place 1 onion or pepper strip on end of each skewer.
Place kabobs in glass dish; coat with steak sauce mixture.
Cover; chill 1 hour, turning occasionally.
Grill kabobs over medium heat for 4 to 6 minutes or to desired doneness, turning occasionally.
Serve immediately.
Cut steak into 4 serving pieces.
Dredge in flour mixed with salt.
Place in Crock Pot. Add chopped vegetables and Worcestershire sauce. Pour tomato sauce over meat and vegetables. Cover and cook on low 8-10 hours or on high 4-5 hours.
Just before serving, sprinkle with grated cheese.
NOTE: Recipe may be doubled for 5-quart Crock Pot. Cook the maximum time.

Prepare Stuffing, any recipe will do. I like Stovetop
sed as a dipping steak for the steak.
Combine the cracked
Blend steak sauce, barbecue sauce and horseradish together.
Add beef cubes to marinade and refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight.
Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes or use metal skewers.
Grill over medium heat for 5-10 minutes turning occasionally until desired doneness.
Mix all spices in small bowl until well blended. Brush steak with 1 T oil, rub in 2T of spice mix. Refrigerate at least 30 minutes, longer for extra flavor.
Stir lime juice and remaining 2T oil into spices.
Thread pineapple onto skewers.
Grill pineapple skewers over medium heat 5 to 10 minutes or till golden brown. Turn occasionally and brush with 1/2 the juice mixture.
Grill steak over medium high heat 6 to 7 minutes per side, basting with remaining juice mix.
Slice steak after resting and serve with pineapple.
Cut outer fat from steak and cut into desired sized
Mix all marinade ingredients together in a small measuring cup.
Place venison steaks in a large zip lock bag.
Pour marinade over steaks and seal bag.
Place bag in a flat casserole dish so that the steaks are in a single layer.
Refrigerate and marinate at least 4 hours, turning every half hour to marinate each side.
Drain marinade and grill steaks to desired doneness.
I double or triple this recipe for each addition package of steak. Any wild game steak can be used in this recipe.
