Hearty Cowboy Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 tbsp olive oil
1 1/4 lb pork neck, roughly diced
1 lb potatoes, peeled and cut into wedges
1 None onion, peeled and finely diced
3 None bell peppers, (1 red, 1 green,1 yellow), diced
1 None 15 oz can baked beans in tomato sauce
3/4 cup steak sauce
2/3 cup creme fraiche or sour cream
1/4 lb Gouda cheese, grated
Preparation

Preheat the oven to 400\u00b0F. Heat the oil in a large frying pan and saute pork for 5 mins. Add the potatoes, onion, peppers, beans and 2/3 of the steak sauce. Bring to a boil, season and remove from the heat. Transfer to a large greased baking dish and spread creme fraiche (or sour cream, if using) and grated cheese over top. Bake for 30-45 mins and serve with the remaining steak sauce.
