In a microwave-safe dish, mix together the chickpeas, crushed tomatoes, curry powder, and garlic. Cook in microwave on High for 5 minutes, or until hot.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Combine mixed vegetables, potatoes, cream of chicken soup, and chicken chunks in a 9-inch pie dish. Add more soup if needed to coat the ingredients. Unroll crescent rolls and lay the sheet of dough onto the pie dish. Gaps are okay because they allow for ventilation. Press dough to pie plate to seal.
Bake in the preheated oven until crescent roll dough is golden brown and filling is bubbling, 15 to 20 minutes. Let cool a few minutes before serving.
Mix pudding and milk according to package directions and refrigerate until set.
Fold in whipped topping and chocolate chips.

Place on a plate with a sprig of parsley. The chicken breasts can be frozen for a later date. To freeze them, place each breast in a sandwich baggie and put into a freezer bag. It's a great meal for the college student or the person who lives alone.
