Place 2 martini glasses in the freezer for 10 minutes or longer. Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice. Add 3 1/2 ounces lemon-scented vodka, 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice, 2 ounces Cointreau and 1 tablespoon fresh cranberry juice; cover. Shake vigorously for 30 seconds. Strain evenly into the chilled glasses. Top with lime zest.
Take 2 packets of hot chocolate mix and put them into the coffee mug.
Add the shots of eggnog cream, vodka, and Kahlua.
Fill the rest of the coffee mug with hot water.
Stir.
You may need to heat the drink up in the microwave for 30 seconds before serving.
When nice and hot, serve.
Combine frozen concentrates in a punch bowl. (A large soup tureen makes a good substitute.) Thaw, mix well and refrigerate until needed. At serving time, add ginger ale, club soda, water and vodka, if using. Serve with plenty of ice.
