Drain and rinse the beans and place in a 6 quart crock pot.
Add the chicken, corn, and tomatoes with their juices to the beans.
Add the remainder of the ingredients and stir.
Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or more.
We like this better the second day, and really don't think it can be overcooked!
Serve the soup in large bowls and top with cheese, sour cream, and/or chips, if desired.
For the crock pot/slow cooker method; in a
carrot, onion, chili peppers, chili powder, and garlic in a crock pot (3 1
eat OFF.
Add the chili powder, paprika, cumin, oregano
Pour stock into crock pot, set on high.
Add beans.
Heat a heavy frying pan over medium-high heat.
Add Oil.
Add Onions, Garlic, Bell Peppers, Celery, Red Potatoes, and Baby Carrots.
Saute (Stir fry)'til Onions are translucent.
Add crushed Red Chiles and Tomato paste, mix well.
Add vegetables to crock pot.
Reduce heat to low, cook 3 hours.
Add Sausage, cook 3/4 hour.
Add enough Potato Flakes to thicken as desired.
Cook 15 minutes more.
Serve with a Peasant Loaf or maybe Cornbread or Cornsticks.
Soak beans overnight.
Drain and rinse.
Place in a pan, cover with water, and simmer on low for an hour.
Drain beans.
Place all ingredients except cornstarch in the crock pot.
Cook on high for 4 hours.
Use a slotted spoon to remove about 1 cup of cooked beans and ham.
Place them in a blender with a little bit of the broth and puree.
Return to crock pot.
Combine cornstarch with cold water in a bowl and mix.
Add to crock pot and mix.
Cook for an another 30 minutes or until broth thickens.
Cook beef, onion and garlic in fry pan; drain, then put into crock-pot and add remaining ingredients.
Cook on high 1/2 day.

In crock-pot, cook on low for five hours the first day.
Cook on low for one hour the 2nd day.

Cut Velveeta into 2 inch cubes. Place cubes into crock pot with the Ro*tel, chili and shredded cheese. Mix together. Turn crock pot on Low setting and cover, stirring occasionally. When all cheese is completely melted, it's time to enjoy!
(It usually takes an hour and a half or so on Low temp, but if you need it quicker, use High temp, but watch it and stir often to prevent burning).
If your crock pot has a \"Keep Warm\" setting use that after the cheese is melted. Serve warm.

Prepare
Brown hamburger, onion and pepper; drain.
Place in large crock pot.

Place cloves and bay leaves on top of chili. Cook in crock pot overnight on low.
Before serving, remove cloves and bay leaves.

After rinsing, place beans in bowl and cover completely with water. After a couple of hours, rinse and refill water level.
Soak overnight.
Next day, rinse beans and place in crock pot.
Combine all ingredients except sausage.
Cover.
Cook on low heat for 6 hours.
Saute cubed sausage in pan.
Put sausage and drippings, if any, in soup.
Continue cooking on low for another 2 hours.
