Cook on low for 6-8 hours.
10 minutes before serving, remove the chicken and shred it with two forks.

This would be wonderful with some sliced tomatoes and cucumbers and some hummus on the side.

Broil 4 to 5-inches away from the heat for 20 minutes, turning wings once during the middle of broiling. Transfer the wings to the crock-pot. Combine barbecue sauce, honey, mustard, Worcestershire sauce and Tabasco sauce in a mixing bowl. Pour over wings. Cover and cook on low for 4 to 5 hours or on high for 2 to 2 1/2 hours. Remove the broth from the crock pot into a 1 quart saucepan and bring to a boil.
Mix 1/4 cup water with the cornstarch and slowly pour into the boiling broth.

Smother the whole chicken inside and out with the Hollandaise sauce.
Sprinkle all the seasoning mix over the chicken.
Set the crock pot to low for 8 hours. You may need to adjust the time depending on the size of your chicken. Mine was a large organic one.
Use the sauce to pour over mashed potatoes, pasta, rice, etc.
Place chicken breasts in crock pot.
Pour Italian dressing over.
Cover and cook at low 7 hours.
Remove chicken from crock pot and leave turned on.
Add 1/4 cup sour cream and stir until dissolved.
Cook noodles and drain.
Add remaining sour cream and parmesan cheese to noodles and mix until dissolved.
Serve chicken over noodles.
Pour warm Italian dressing over top. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese to taste.
