For the chicken: Place the chicken in a shallow dish just
Combined chicken strips, olive oil and Cajun seasoning in a bowl until the chicken is well coated.
Cook chicken in grill pan over high heat so it gets slightly blackened/ browned and grill marks. About 3 minutes each side.
Toss lettuce with Caesar salad dressing.
Microwave flour tortilla about 30 seconds until soft.
Add the chicken to the tortilla, top with salad and wrap it up.
Mix Jarlsberg cheese, chicken and spring onion in a bowl and toss well with dressing; set aside.
Arrange 1 cup of spinach leaves on one side of a tortilla.
Spoon on 1/4 chicken mixture.
Roll up tightly, tucking in ends. .
Wrap in microwave-safe paper and refrigerate.
Heat in microwave 1-1/2 minutes or until warm.
Slice in half to serve.
Mix all ingredients except tortillas.
Toss to coat.
Place on softened tortillas and wrap.
In a large self-closing plastic bag combine first 4 ingredients. Add chicken to bag and seal tightly. Turn bag gently to distribute marinade. Refrigerate 15 minute Preheat grill to medium heat. Remove the chicken from the marinade and arrange on the rack. Grill 10-14 min, turning occasionally, until chicken is thoroughly cooked and no longer pink.
Remove chicken and cut into strips.
In a small bowl combine dressing ingredients.
Place Romaine and sliced chicken in warmed tortilla. Top with dressing. Fold tortilla.
Mix cubed chicken with salad dressing, mozzarella cheese and parmesan cheese.
Chop up romaine heart.
Cut end off of romaine heart, hold up side down under water (to wash), shake until most of the water is off.
Cut heart into long skinny strips, then slice in opposite direction for bite size pieces.
Rinse and Chop up spinach, by criss-cross cutting it.
Mix greens in meat mixture.
Season with salt to taste.
Roll up in flour tortillas.

Fold lower third of tortilla up over filling and fold outer edges inward to close the ends, then continue rolling up to complete the cylinder.

On a cutting board, cut all of the chicken breasts into strips; set aside.
In a large bowl, combine chicken strips, pasta, chopped romaine, halved cherry tomatoes, and garlic.
Finally when ready to serve, toss salad with Caesar salad dressing, Parmesan cheese, and pepper to taste.

Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil; add penne and cook, stirring occasionally, until tender yet firm to the bite, about 7 minutes. Drain and rinse with cold water.
