Chicken Caesar Burgers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/3 lbs lean ground chicken
3/4 cup fresh breadcrumbs
1/4 cup chopped flat-leaf parsley
4 slices bacon
4 None hamburger buns, split
8 None baby Romaine lettuce leaves
4 None hard-boiled eggs, sliced
None None FOR THE CAESAR DRESSING
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1 clove garlic, crushed
2 None anchovies, finely chopped
1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese, plus additional 2 tbsp, to serve
2 tsp white wine vinegar
Preparation

Combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs and parsley in a large bowl. Season to taste. Shape into four patties. Wrap each patty in a slice of bacon. Place on a plate. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 mins.
Meanwhile, for the caesar dressing, combine all ingredients in a small bowl. Season to taste.
Heat a large nonstick skillet on medium-low heat. Spray patties with no stick cooking spray. Cook patties for 6-8 mins each side, until browned and cooked through. Place on paper towels. Let stand for 5 mins; cover to keep warm.
Lightly toast cut sides of buns. Drizzle a little caesar dressing over bun bottoms. Top with lettuce, chicken patties, egg, additional caesar dressing and Parmesan cheese, and bun tops. Serve.
