Chicken Caesar Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup mayonnaise
    1 tbsp lemon juice
    4 None anchovy fillets, drained, chopped finely
    3 tsp Dijon mustard
    4 None slices white bread
    2 tbsp olive oil
    4 slices bacon, thinly sliced
    1 lb coarsely chopped grilled chicken, cold (about 2 cups)
    3 None romaine hearts, leaves separated
    6 None spring onions, thinly slices
    3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 350\u00b0F.
    First, make the Caesar dressing. Whisk the mayonnaise, lemon juice, anchovies, and mustard with a teaspoon of water until smooth.
    To make the croutons, remove the crusts from the bread and discard. Cut the bread into 3/4-inch squares, then toss with the oil in a medium bowl. Place on an baking sheet in a single layer and toast for 10 mins or until golden. Allow to cool on the tray.
    Meanwhile, cook the bacon in small skillet over a medium heat, stirring, until crisp. Drain on paper towels.
    Combine the chicken, bacon, croutons, dressing and lettuce in a large bowl. Add the onions and cheese and toss to combine. To serve, place in shallow bowls.
