Place yeast, flour, salt, sugar, oil, water and jalapenos in bread machine according to manufacturer's directions.
Toward end of mixing during final proofing cycle, add cheese. (This method yields bread with cheese pieces throughout. If cheese is added earlier, it blends completely into the bread.)
Process on regular cycle.
Preheat oven 400°F.
In a small bowl, mix together softened cream cheese, 3/4 cup each of the cheddar and jack cheeses, jalapeno, salt & pepper. Spread mixture over rolls, dividing it evenly. Sprinkle remaining shredded cheese on top of bread.
Place bread on baking sheet and bake until bread is lightly toasted and cheese is starting to brown (about 10 minutes). Remove from oven, sprinkle with crumbled bacon and cilantro. Serve immediately.
Preheat oven to 350F.
Combine butter, garlic, jalapeno, green onion, and mayo in a bowl.
Cut the bread on a diagonal into 1\" wide diamonds; do not cut all the way through the bread.
Spread the butter mixture and cheese into the cut slots in the bread.

Remove the top layer of foil, exposing the top of the bread.
Bake for an additional 5 mins.

Cream 1/2 cup butter with sugar in bowl until light and fluffy.
Beat in eggs, one at a time.
Mix in corn and cheeses. Sift together dry ingredients and add to corn mixture; blend well. Pour batter in pan; put in oven and reduce oven temperature to 300\u00b0.
Bake bread until golden brown and begins to pull away from sides of pan, about 55 minutes.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Mix cream cheese, sour cream, canned jalapeno peppers with juice, green chiles, diced jalapeno pepper, cilantro, and ranch dressing mix together in a bowl until smooth. Add about half the Cheddar cheese and half the Parmesan cheese; stir. Spread the cheese mixture into a baking dish. Arrange jalapeno slices atop the cheese mixture; top with remaining Cheddar and Parmesan cheeses. Cover baking dish with aluminum foil.
Bake in preheated oven until top is warm and bubbling, about 25 minutes.

BASIC BREAD:
Mix the flours, salt
Add all ingredients into bread pan according to the order in the manufacturer's directions.
Set crust on medium and program for the Basic cycle; press Start.
When the baking cycle ends, immediately remove the bread from the pan and place it on a rack.
Let cool to room temperature before slicing.
In unbaked pastry shell, layer ham, bacon, Swiss cheese, Cheddar cheese, onion, tomato, jalapeno peppers and parsley. Combine eggs, mustard and sour cream.
Pour egg mixture into pastry shell.
Bake quiche at 450\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until filling is set. Cover edge of pastry with foil to prevent excessive browning.
Preheat an oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Stir together the crabmeat, Monterey Jack cheese, mayonnaise, garlic, jalapeno peppers, Worcestershire sauce, hot pepper sauce, and salt in a bowl. Jalapeno Syrup: Make in advance. In a small pan, combine the jalapeno, sugar and water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat. Stir until the sugar dissolves. Strain the syrup. Cool in refrigerator about 15 minutes.
For the drink: Rim glass with sugar or salt, if desired. Mix remaining ingredients together with ice; shake and strain.

Measure carefully, placing all ingredients in bread machine pan in the order recommended by the manufacturer.
Select Basic/White cycle. Use Medium or Light crust color. Do not use delay cycle. Remove baked bread from pan, and cool on wire rack.
