Using an electric mixer
Combine buttermilk and pudding mix.
Add Cool Whip.
Stir in drained fruit.
If desired, put into a graham cracker crust or a cooked pie crust.
Bring pineapple and juice to a boil.
Remove from heat; stir in package of jello.
Cool to room temperature.
Stir in buttermilk.
Fold

Chill until set.

Lightly grease 6 - 5.5 oz dessert molds. Gently heat buttermilk, sugar and vanilla over low heat until sugar dissolves. Add bloomed gelatin and gently heat until melted. Strain then set aside to cool.

In a large mixing bowl cream the first 2 ingredients.
Add the eggs and banana. Mix well. Set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, sift together the flour, salt and baking soda.
Add to creamed mixture alternately with the buttermilk, mixing well after each addition. Fold in the walnuts.
Pour into greased 8 x 4 x 3-inch bread pan and bake in a preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour or until toothpick inserted into center of bread comes out clean. Cool loaf completely on wire rack. Wrap loaf in foil and store in refrigerator.
Can do both recipes on an electric grill set at 400\u00b0.

Heat undrained pineapple and jello in a saucepan till jello is dissolved.
Mix in buttermilk and Cool Whip.
Pour into mold or bowl.
Refrigerate for several hours or overnight.

Mix thoroughly. Add nuts.
Pour into a 13 x 9-inch pan and refrigerate until set. Can be

Sift dry ingredients into large mixing bowl; mix well.
Bring water, oil and margarine to boil.
Pour over dry ingredients.

Mix buttermilk, soda and eggs and add to cake mixture. Beat well again.
Bake in 12 x 13-inch pan at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes or until toothpick comes out dry.
Check every 5 minutes as gets done quick and will end up dry.
Ice with Rocky Road Icing.
This cake is moist and makes a good pot luck dessert.
Mix undrained pineapple and gelatin; bring to a boil.

This may be poured into a flat dish or into individual molds or parfait glasses and garnished on top.
Freezes well or keeps in refrigerator for several days.
