Miss Margaret'S Lo-Cal Buttermilk Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. buttermilk (low-fat)
    1 large carton Cool Whip
    1 can lite fruit cocktail or any lite fruit
    1 large box Jell-O vanilla pudding mix with NutraSweet
Preparation
    Combine buttermilk and pudding mix.
    Add Cool Whip.
    Stir in drained fruit.
    If desired, put into a graham cracker crust or a cooked pie crust.
