Buttermilk Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (3 oz.) pkg. peach Jell-O or 1 (6 oz.)
    1 (8 1/2 oz.) crushed pineapple, drained
    2 c. buttermilk
    1 large carton Cool Whip
    1 c. chopped pecans or walnuts
Preparation
    Heat pineapple with Jell-O until dissolved. Cool completely. Add buttermilk, drained pineapple and Cool Whip.
    Mix thoroughly. Add nuts.
    Pour into a 13 x 9-inch pan and refrigerate until set. Can be
    used as a salad or a dessert.
    Serves 10 to 12.
