FRENCH MARKET SOUP RECIPE: 2 cups
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and mix all dry ingredients.
Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
Pour into greased cupcake pans or mini loaf pans.
Bake 30 minutes or until golden brown on top and a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
Allow to cool slightly in the pan (until pulls away from side a bit).
Remove from pan and serve warm.
Place ham and dressing in baking dish and bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 35 minutes or until brown.
For the dressing, in a jar combine all dressing ingredients and shake well.
For the salad,boil the potatoes until just tender, 10-12 minutes.
Drain and let cool.
Blanch the green beans and set aside.
Cut the potatoes into pieces and the beans into halves and transfer to a serving bowl. Add the tomatoes, cucumbers, olives, and capers.
Toss with dressing and refrigerate 3-4 hours.
Wash, drain and

To make dressing, in measuring cup, combine all juices and balsamic vinegar.
Add enough apple cider vinegar to make 1/2 cup, which should be about 7 Tablespoons.
Pour into mixing bowl or blender, with mustard.
Slowly incorporate oils while mixing.
Add the zests, and season with salt and pepper.
Tear greens into large pieces and put in a large salad bowl with arugula, scallions, and chives.
Cook bacon in a 12-inch nonreactive skillet over medium heat until crisp. Transfer bacon to paper towels to drain, then stir vinegar, sugars, salt, and 1/2 teaspoon pepper into fat in skillet. Boil, stirring occasionally, until reduced to about 3/4 cup, 10 to 12 minutes. (Dressing should be syrupy and bubbling.)
Crumble bacon over salad, then toss with enough warm dressing to lightly coat. Season with salt and pepper.
