Whisk in milk, eggs, salt and pepper. Pour Bisquick mixture over ingredients in quiche dish.

Take the ham and cut into small pieces.
Sprinkle over pie plate.
Sprinkle Swiss cheese.
Put eggs in blender; add milk.
Add Bisquick and beat for 1 minute. Place on top of ham and cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 or 55 minutes.

Crumble sausage or ham into pan.
Mix eggs, milk and Bisquick.
Add Cheddar cheese.
Pour over sausage or chopped ham.
