Dredge chicken pieces in flour; brown in butter and oil.

If you are going to make this recipe crustless, you can make in a square baking pan.
This recipe freezes superbly.

Brown the onions and meat in butter.
Add mushrooms, salt, Worcestershire sauce, bouillon and flour.
Blend well.
Bring to a gentle boil for 5 minutes.
Pour into buttered casserole dish. Combine milk and biscuit mix.
Spoon over meat mixture.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 25 minutes, uncovered.
Spread sour cream on top. Sprinkle with grated cheese and return to oven for 5 minutes. Serves 6.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Crumble ground beef into a large skillet. Cook over medium-high heat 3 minutes. Add onion and continue to cook until meat and onion are both browned. Drain off excess fat.
Mix in soup, Worcestershire sauce, seasoned salt, and mushrooms. Pour mixture into pastry-lined pan. Cover with top crust. Seal edges and cut steam vents in top.

Add crawfish, salt and pepper.

Beat eggs and milk for 1 minute.
Add biscuit mix; mix well.
