Crawfish Impossible Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. green onion, chopped
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    1/4 c. celery, chopped
    2 c. crawfish tails (cooked)
    4 eggs
    2 c. milk
    1 c. biscuit mix
    1 c. Swiss cheese, chopped
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    In a small skillet, saute onion, garlic and celery until clear.
    Add crawfish, salt and pepper.
    Simmer for 5 minutes. Grease pie plate.
    Add crawfish mixture.
    Beat eggs and milk for 1 minute.
    Add biscuit mix; mix well.
    Sprinkle cheese on top of crawfish.
    Pour biscuit mixture into pie plate.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
    Cool for 5 minutes.
    Serve warm.
    Serves 6.
