Big Batch Thumbprint Cookies

Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
Knead flavor packet about 10 seconds.
Mix cookie mix, flavor packet, egg and flour in a large bowl until moist (dough will be stiff).
Shape into 1-inch balls; roll in nuts.
Place about 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake until set, 9 to 10 minutes.
Immediately and carefully, press thumb in center of each cookie.
Cool completely on wire rack. Fill thumbprints with frosting and candies.
Makes about 3 1/2 dozen cookies.

Pat'S Tasty Dressing

Precook onions and celery in enough water to cover while cooking.
Mix all other ingredients together.
Add onions, celery and liquid to mixture.
Place in a big baking dish.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 45 minutes.
Makes a big batch.

Big Batch Cookies

Combine oil,
eggs
and
vanilla
in a \"big\" bowl until well mixed.
Add sugars and mix well.
Combine flour, soda and salt. Add to sugar mixture, beating until well blended.
Stir in cereal and
remaining
ingredients.
Drop
by level tablespoonful onto lightly greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 12 minutes.
Cool slightly
on
cookie
sheet, then remove to wire rack.
Yields 9 dozen cookies.

Big Batch Fudge

In a large heavy saucepan, put the sugar and evaporated milk. Bring slowly to a rolling boil.
Let boil for no longer than 8 minutes, stirring constantly, to keep from scorching.
Remove from heat and add the marshmallows, chocolate chips and butter or margarine. Stir until melted and well blended.
Add broken nutmeats and vanilla. Spread in large ungreased (at least 9 x 13-inches) pan.
When cool, cut into squares.
Makes a huge batch, about 4 to 5 pounds of fudge.

Add dry ingredients to liquid mixture. You need a big bowl for this recipe. Stir in remaining bran cereal and raisins. Bake in greased muffin tins for 15 to 20 minutes in a 400\u00b0 oven. By keeping in fridge, unbaked, you can make just what you need.

Mix cake as directed on box.
Bake in a 9 x 13-inch pan. After cake has cooled, punch holes with fork.
Heat 1 cup Big Red, add jello to dissolve. Pour over the cake and then pour 2 cups Big Red over the cake.
Put in refrigerator to cool.
