Follow basic recipe for Creamy Macaroni and Cheese, but use pepper Jack cheese, not cheddar.

TO PREPARE SALSA: Place the chiles and tomatoes
Place unbroken beans lengthwise in pint jars; leave 1/4-inch at top.
