Chocolate Raspberry Martini

I prefer Absolute Vodka (actually I prefer Grey Goose or Level, but I can afford Absolute).
Combine all ingredients in shaker.
Strain and serve in chilled martini glass (easy way to chill a martini glass is to let it sit a couple of minutes with ice water in it).
Drop a couple of fresh raspberries in glass.
Enjoy.

Sweet Chocolate Raspberry Martini

Place rim of chilled glass into rasperry preserves.
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the chocolate liqueur, raspberry preserves and vodka to the shaker.
Shake briskly to mix and chill.
Strain into the martini glass. Garnish with the chocolate.

Irish Raspberry Martini

Shake all ingredients in a shaker filled with ice.
Strain into a chilled martini glass.

Mix all liquids and chill for at least 1 hour.

Mike'S Raspberry Martini

Add vodka, DeKuyper Razzmatazz, Sprite, and ice cubes to a shaker.
Shake well for 4 - 5 seconds. Caution: firmly hold onto the cap of the shaker, because the Sprite will create pressure in the sealed shaker.
Open shaker cautiously over a sink, and then strain the mixture into martini glass.

Godiva Raspberry Martini

Shake or stir all ingredients.
Pour into a chilled martini glass.

Trim Raspberry Martini

Pour the vodka, triple sec, cranberry juice, and lemonade into a cocktail shaker over ice. Cover, and shake until the outside of the shaker has frosted. Strain into a chilled martini glass to serve.

Sour Raspberry Martini

Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice.
Add in vodka, sour raspberry liqueur, and cranberry juice.
Squeeze the juice from the lime into the shaker.
Shake vigorously for 5-10 seconds.
Strain mixture into a chilled cocktail glass; skewer the 3 raspberries on a cocktail skewer and use for garnish.

Chambord Raspberry Brownie Recipe

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F.
Line a 9x13-inch\" baking pan with nonstick foil.
Combine cake mix, eggs, oil, water, pecans, and Chambord. Fold in raspberry chocolate chips.
Pour into prepared baking pan and smooth.
Bake 35-40 minutes. Cool to room temperature before cutting.
Dust with sifted confectioners' sugar before serving.

The Best Raspberry Margarita!

Pour the sweet and sour mix, tequila, cointreau, and raspberry liqueur into a shaker filled with ice. Shake until the shaker is frosty on the outside. Rub the rim of a margarita glass with a lime wedge, then dip in salt. Add a few ice cubes to the glass, then strain the liquid from the shaker carefully into the glass. Garnish with a lime wedge.

Razzle-Dazzle Martini

Note: to make raspberry puree, blend a pint of fresh raspberries with 1/2 to 1 oz simple syrup (1 part water, 1 part sugar).
Add raspberry puree into an empty martini glass; set aside.
Combine the raspberry vodka, white cranberry juice, and lemon juice in a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
Shake vigorously; strain over the puree.
Drop in a whole raspberry for garnish.

Raspberry Torte Martini

Chill 1 martini glass.
Dip rim of glass into jam then into cookie crumbs.
In a shaker full of ice add rest of ingredients.
Shake, Shake& Shake till very cold.
Strain into glass.

Chill 8 martini glasses. Pour 11/2 cups

Krysten'S Key Lime Pie Martini

Simple syrup: In a small saucepan, combine 1 cup sugar with 1 cup water and bring to a boil. Simmer until the sugar is dissolved about 3 minutes. Store in a closed container in refrigerator.
Rim of Glass: Line the rim of a martini glass with honey and dip into graham cracker crumbs, coating the rim with crumbs.
Martini: Combine vanilla vodka, fresh key lime juice, simple syrup, half and half and ice in a martini shaker. Shake well until very cold. Strain into martini glass. Garnish with cinnamon stick and lime wedge.

Raspberry Lemonade Martini

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice; pour in the raspberry-flavored vodka, lemon-flavored vodka, simple syrup, lemon juice, and raspberry-flavored liqueur. Cover shaker, shake, and strain drink into a martini glass.

Champagne Martini

Add 1 tablespoon of raspberry puree into the bottom of each of 2 well chilled martini glasses.
Shake vodka in a cocktail shaker filled 3/4 full of cracked ice and strain vodka into each glass, dividing equally and taking care not to disturb the raspberry puree.
Gently add champagne to each glass and garnish each with a raspberry. Enjoy!

Watermelon Martini

Place all ingredients in a shaker and shake until very well chilled, about 30 seconds.
Strain into a chilled martini glass.
Hint: A properly shaken Martini will have a very thin layer of ice crystals floating on top after it is strained into the glass. Most people don't shake long enough and with enough vigor.
