Replace multigrain bread flour with unbleached white bread flour. Replace buckwheat
Place ingredients in bread maker in the order suggested by your ABM manufacturer (mine is a Corner Bakery and it is supposed to go in as written above). Some are wet to dry and others are dry to wet.
Cook on French Bread Setting on Light crust for best results.
Make 2 sandwiches on multigrain bread with eggplant, peppers, tuna, olives and cheese. Heat a large frying pan over medium heat, spray both sides of sandwich with oil then cook for 2 mins per side, or until golden and heated through. Transfer to a cutting board, cut in 1/2 and serve with arugula.
Combine beef, egg, bread crumbs, salt & pepper.
Form into 4 patties and set aside.
Heat olive oil in skillet, saute onion & mushrooms.
Return beef to skillet cook for approximately 6 minutes on each side then add 1/4 c merlot and 1/4 c water.
Simmer until slightly reduced (about 8 minutes). Serve with baby peas and mashed potatoes.
If making in a bread maker, put all ingredients in bread machine pan and cook on the whole wheat cycle.
If making in a stand mixer, combine water, sugar, salt, margarine and yeast.
Add remaining ingredients.
Knead until a smooth ball forms, about 3-5 minutes.
Let dough rise for 45 minutes.
Punch down and form into a loaf.
Place in greased loaf pan.
Let rise for 45 minutes.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
All ingredients should be at room temperature.
Place all ingredients except for nuts/grains in bread machine the order shown. Add nuts/grains before the second kneeding (some bread machines beep when it is okay to open the lid to add ingredients - mine does this at 2:25).
Add 1 tablespoons mayonnaise and 1/2 green onion to chopped hard boiled eggs.
Add seasoning.
Butter two slices of multigrain bread.
Put egg mixture onto one slice and top with other slice.
Cut off crusts and cut into squares or triangles. Sandwiches should be small, finger food.

Cook's Note: Day-old biscuits or croissants are best for this recipe.
You will need enough to fill a 9 by 13-inch baking dish.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a mixing bowl, blend all ingredients, except for bread and cranberries.
Fill a 9 by 13-inch baking dish with bread cubes.
Sprinkle cranberries over bread cubes.
Pour custard mixture over bread cubes, making sure that all cubes are submerged (push cubes down if necessary).
Bake for about 1 hour, or until pudding is set.
Serve warm.
ote: For the best results, this recipe requires bread flour.

Use turbo setting or only knead and rise once.
BASIC BREAD:
Mix the flours, salt
Set machine on \"mix\" setting if you have one (seems to do best).
Brush bread, zucchini, squash, eggplant, and red
Measure ingredients into baking pan in the order recommended by the manufacturer.
Insert pan into the oven chamber.
Select Basic Cycle.
When the baking cycle ends, immediately remove the bread from the pan and place it on a rack.
Let cool to room temperature before slicing.
