Combine egg yolks, creme fraiche, 1 tablespoon
Place eggs in a single layer in a pot; add water to cover eggs plus one inch. Bring to a boil; cover and remove from heat. Let stand 15 minutes.
Transfer eggs immediately to cold water to speed cooling. Tap eggs on a flat surface to break the shell and peel.
Slice eggs in half lengthwise; place yolks in a small bowl and set whites aside.
Mash yolks and mayonnaise together with a fork; stir in SPAM(R) with bacon, pickle, mustard, and salt. Spoon yolk mixture into egg whites. Garnish, if desired, with paprika.
Dissolve gelatin in cold water.
Simmer together for 15 minutes the tomato juice, salt, sugar, garlic salt and dried onion soup.
Cool.
Stir gelatin into combined mixture.

Grease 6 tin muffin tin.
Whisk 8 large eggs in bowl with water.
Add Salt and Pepper to taste.
Pour in equal amounts into muffin tins.
Bake 15 minutes.
Remove from oven.
Crumble 1/2 of a wedge of Laughing Cow LIGHT Swiss cheese on each muffin, sprinkle tops with bacon bits.
Return to oven for an additional 10 minutes, or until egg mixture is finished.
To reheat place in microwave on a microwave safe plate for 45 seconds.
