In a bowl, combine cherries, mustard, green onion, and mayonnaise; season with a pinch of salt and a grind or two of pepper.

To assemble: Place mixture on a slice of bread, top with arugula and close bread (ham steak).
For sliced deli ham: Spread mixture on two slices of bread, layer in ham, and a handful of arugula; close sandwich.

To make Russian Dressing, blend together the mayonnaise, ketchup, relish, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Stir until smooth.
Place 10 RITZ Crackers on tray. Put about 1/4 tsp Russian dressing onto each cracker.
Cut corned beef and pastrami deli slices in half vertically.
Put two pieces each of corned beef and pastrami on each cracker.
Top with additional 1/4 tsp Russian dressing and remaining crackers to form sandwich.
Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F.
Lightly butter both sides of the bread and place on cookie sheet.
Layer ham then pineapple on one slice of bread.
Sprinkle with marjoram and top with cheese.
Bake for 7 to 12 minutes or until cheese is melted and sandwich is heated through.
Serve hot.
NOTE: The Germans eat this with a knife and fork. Try this with mayonnaise instead of butter (top side only), or 1000 Island or Ranch dressing. Serve with a fried egg for breakfast, or a salad for lunch or dinner.
