Toscano Deli Sandwich For 2 - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large sesame seed rolls, cut in half
    2 tablespoons garlic aioli
    1 tablespoon Dijon mustard (I requested Dijon on my sandwich) (optional)
    2 ounces provolone cheese
    4 tablespoons green olive tapenade (*fyi)
    2 ounces fontina
    mixed greens, washed and dried
    2 tablespoons marinated sun-dried tomatoes
Preparation
    *~fyi~A vegetarian made-from-scratch version is used in the restaurant-minus the anchovies.
    Spread each roll slice with the garlic aioli (and Dijon mustard, if using.).
    Next add the ingredients as listed above.
    Cut sandwich in half and serve.
