Brown the pork in a lightly sprayed skillet on all sides (apprx 7 minutes).
Place the ribs in an oven proof pan and scatter the onions all around them.
Pour in the beer and seal with a lid or tin foil.

In a large bowl,
Place cheese nuggets in a pan and put in freezer for at least one hour.
Mix bisquick,paprika, garlic powder, milk and egg until smooth.
Dip cheese into batter,covering cheese completely.
Fry in 2 inches of oil heated to 375 degrees in a frying pan or in an electric skillet.
Fry about 1-2 minutes, turning once, until golden brown.
Drain on paper towels.
Let stand 3 minutes before serving.
Serve with marinara sauce.(recipe #153093).

Heat the oil to 350 degrees, in a heavy pot, or deep fryer.
In a bowl, combine the egg, buttermilk and the beer; mix well.
In another bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda and the salt; add to the buttermilk/egg mixture, mix well (batter should have the consistency of a thin pancake batter).
Dredge the chicken pieces into the all-purpose flour.
Then dip into the buttermilk mixture to coat.
Then roll into the coconut.
Deep fry until a light golden brown.
Drain on paper towels.
Cut shark into chunks (1-inch to 2-inch).
Pour flour into bowl.
Make a well and add egg yolk, beer and salt.
Mix.
Combine milk and water, add half to batter, stir.
Add remaining milk and water mixture, gradually, stirring until batter is smooth.
Let batter rest 30 minutes.
