Golden Shark Nuggets - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. shark fillets (tuna or other \"meaty\" fish may be used)
1 c. flour
1 egg yolk
1/4 c. beer
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. milk
1/4 c. cold water
1 egg white
Preparation

Cut shark into chunks (1-inch to 2-inch).
Pour flour into bowl.
Make a well and add egg yolk, beer and salt.
Mix.
Combine milk and water, add half to batter, stir.
Add remaining milk and water mixture, gradually, stirring until batter is smooth.
Let batter rest 30 minutes.
