Fish In Beer Batter - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. flour
1 c. beer
1 egg, beaten
1 Tbsp. salt
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1 to 2 lb. catfish nuggets
oil for deep frying

Preparation

Combine flour, beer, egg, salt and baking powder in a bowl; beat lightly.
Dip fish into batter to coat well.
Fry in hot oil until brown.
Excellent batter with any type of fish.
