Clean green onions; snip the ends.
Lay beef out on flat surface.
Smear beef surface with soft cream cheese (I use my fingers; it keeps from tearing the beef so easy).
Layer another slice of beef and repeat the smearing of cream cheese.
Taking one green onion at a time, lay green onions on one side of beef slice and roll tightly.
Repeat process until all onions are wrapped.
Have the deli slice the roast beef very thin, but not shaved.
Use your favorite beef gravy and heat in medium saucepan. Add roast beef slice by slice into the hot gravy. Remove from heat.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Heat french bread for 3-4 minutes. Slice in half, lengthwise.
Spread mayonnaise on inside of bread. Add lettuce, tomato slices, onions, and pickles.
Distribute hot roast beef evenly between both loaves of bread. Cut into 4 sandwiches.
Serve with french fries. :).

Cook and stir ground beef and onion in a large skillet over medium-high heat until beef is no longer pink.

Sprinkle oregano and salt over beef, stirring to combine.
Place tortillas on 2 large baking sheets.

Bake in a preheated 400\u00b0 oven for 3 minutes.
Divide beef mixture evenly over tops or tortillas; divide tomato and desired topping over beef mixture.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 12 to 14 minutes, rearranging baking sheets halfway through cooking time.

If you can't find beef stir-fry strips in your supermarket, substitute any grilling steak, cut into thin strips.
Make it easy by using jarred minced ginger for the fresh gingerroot.

Meanwhile, in large saucepan, bring broth, soy sauce, ginger, sesame oil and garlic to boil. Add mushrooms and snow peas. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes or until snow peas are tender-crisp. Add beef and cook for 2 minutes. Divide rice among 4 bowls; ladle soup over rice. Top with hot sauce if using.

When peppers are on sale I buy several and cut them up to use in recipes like this and put them in baggies in the freezer.

Cut the beef, salt and pepper the beef and coat the beef with flour.
Crush garlic into saucepan with butter and cook the beef.
Add tomato juice and basil and simmer it for an hour till the beef become tender.
Add the veggies and cook till they cooked.
Serve it with sour cream if you desire.
Wash carrots and place on the bottom of crockpot.
Put London Broil on top of carrots.
Pour brown gravy& Vidalia onions over it.
Set crockpot temp to low.
Cook for 5-6 hours.
Wonderfully easy.
Great taste.
A cleaning tip: when you are ready for clean up, rinse out the crock, put dish detergent and water in the crock and set the temp on low for about 15-20 minutes.
