Fill meat pie.
Bake an additional 15 minutes.

Dice potatoes.
Fry onions, but do not brown them.
Brown hamburger.
Combine hamburger, onions, potatoes, bouillon cubes, spices and water.
Simmer for 90 minutes on low heat.
Make sure all water evaporates.
