Heat oil over med heat and add onion then saute 7 minutes. Add the garlic and cook one minute more.
Stir in the sauce and cook 3 minutes then add horseradish, molasses, vinegar, lemon zest and 1/2 cup water. Simmer over low heat for 30 minutes. Stir occasionally.
Fold in Seitan. Then fill buns with BBQ and top with coleslaw if you like.
Serve with hot sauce on the side.

Bake or Grill chicken breast until cooked.
While the Chicken is cooking, spread butter on each side of roll.
Sprinkle garlic powder on each side.
Toast the bread lightly.
Spread bbq sauce evenly on rolls and place cooked chicken and slice of mozzarella on bread.
Preheat the grill to medium.
Form two 2-foot pieces of Reynolds(R) Heavy Duty Aluminum Foil into large bowl-like shapes with 2-inch high sides; place on the grill.
Add the point pieces from the brisket to the foil bowl along with the beef broth and BBQ sauce and mix until combined.
Cook the point pieces for 30 minutes on medium heat with the grill door closed or until they appear to be caramelizing and deeply browned, almost as if they were burnt.
Serve the BBQ burnt ends on hamburger buns.
Place roast in crock pot. Brush with BBQ sauce.
Cook on low setting for 8 to 10 hours.
Just before serving, remove any fat then use a fork to shred all the meat.
Stir together all remaining ingredients (I just mix in my measuring cup), and pour over pork. Toss pork in sauce.
Scoop onto sandwich with slotted spoon (to avoid soggy buns).

Place beef in slow cooker. Combine remaining ingredients, except rolls. Pour over meat. Cover and cook on Low 8 hours or overnight.
Shred beef by pulling it apart with 2 forks and add one cup sauce.
Reheat mixture in microwave or on stovetop and spoon BBQ beef onto warm, open-face rolls or buns. Top with additional warm sauce if desired.

Place the chicken breasts into the bottom of a slow cooker. In a bowl, stir together the ketchup, mustard, lemon juice, garlic powder, maple syrup, Worcestershire sauce, chili powder, cayenne pepper, and hot sauce until the mixture is well blended.
Pour the sauce over the chicken, set the cooker to Low, and cook for 6 hours. Shred the chicken with two forks, and cook for 30 more minutes. Serve the chicken and sauce spooned into the sandwich rolls.
Remove string from turkey breast (thawed, if you bought a frozen one).
Place in crockpot.
Add broth, seasonings and butter.
Place a sheet of foil over breast meat to cover.
Cover with crockpot lid.
Cook on low 6-8 hours.
Remove breast meat from crockpot, reserve liquid.
Shred meat with forks.
Place back in crockpot - add enough of the reserved liquid to moisten.
Serve on buns.
You may garnish with BBQ sauce - but I personally like it just as it is.
