BBQ Pulled Beef: Use 3 1/2 lbs

For the pulled beef, preheat the oven to 325
To make the pulled pork: In a medium bowl,
pread the rub generously on beef brisket. Let it marinate on

Meanwhile, warm your pulled short rib meat just enough
ooling, combine the cornstarch and beef broth with a fork, to

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Place 1 layer of tortilla chips into bottom of your baking dish or skillet. Top with half of the pulled pork and half of the cheese. Drizzle with 2 tablespoons BBQ sauce. Top with a second layer of chips and continue layering with the remaining pulled pork, cheese and drizzle with remaining BBQ sauce.
Bake for 5-10 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbling. Top with cole slaw and serve immediately.
Place pork in slow cooker. Mix Seasoning, ketchup, brown sugar and vinegar until blended. Pour over pork. Cover.
Cook 8 hours on LOW or 4 hours on HIGH. Remove pork from slow cooker.
Shred pork, using 2 forks. Return pork to slow cooker. Mix and heat with sauce before serving. Serve on sandwich rolls, if desired.
IMPORTANT: For best results, do not remove cover during cooking.
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
Spread tortilla chips across the bottom of a baking sheet. Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese. Spread pork evenly on top. Spoon BBQ sauce over pork and top with red onions.
Bake in the preheated oven until cheese is melted, about 5 minutes. Top with chopped pickles and serve.

Add the roast and cook on low for @ 5-7 hours.

If you leave the roast for 7 hours, you will get a \"pulled beef\", just shred it with a fork, awesome on buns.
You can also remove the roast after @3 hours and slice the roast and then return the slices to the crock pot for @3 more hours, roast beef fit for company!

Place the pizza crust onto a baking sheet.
In a bowl, mix the barbeque sauce with chipotle chili powder; season with salt and black pepper.
Spread the sauce over the pizza crust.
Arrange pulled pork, sliced onion, and red bell pepper slices evenly over the pizza.
Bake in the preheated oven until the toppings are hot and the pizza crust is crisp on the bottom, 12 to 15 minutes.
Combine all dry ingredients. Rub over brisket.
Heat oil over medium heat. Brown meat on both sides, about 10 minutes total.
Transfer meat to a slow cooker. Add beef broth. Cover and cook on Low until beef pulls apart easily with fork, about 8 hours.
Remove meat from slow cooker on to serving dish. Pull apart meat with fork. Serve plain or with barbeque sauce of your choice. Great on hamburger buns for a sandwich too.

To make the jalapeno crema, combine chopped lime, lime juice, jalapeno slices and brine in a small food processor. Process until finely chopped. Add cream and blitz until just starting to thicken. Season to taste then transfer to a serving bowl.
To make the red cabbage slaw, toss shredded cabbage in a serving bowl with lime juice and olive oil. Season then sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds and cilantro.
Distribute beef filling, cabbage and crema between warm tortillas. Serve with hot chili sauce and lime wedges.

Pour beef into a large bowl and stir in bbq sauce.
Unroll a croissant package onto baking sheet.
Spread bbq ground beef onto the croissant layer.
Spread cheese evenly over ground beef.
Cover with second can of croissant rolls.
Cook in oven for 15 minutes, or until croissants are golden brown.
