For Shrimp paste:
Shell shrimp completely. Reserve shells for sauce (recipe to follow
Heat oven to 500. Line baking sheet w aluminum foil.
Combine all spice mix ingredients in a plastic bag. Dip shrimp in butter then in spice mix. Place onto prepared baking dish. Baked 5-6 min or until bubbly.
Combine all sauce ingredients in bowl. To assemble stack 2 warmed tortilla onto each individual serving plate. Top with 1/8 baked shrimp and 1/4 c coleslaw mix. Drizzle with sauce.
1. Start by cleaning shrimp if they are not already
Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Put raw shrimp in lemon juice and let them sit in it.
Melt butter and add all ingredients to butter and pour over shrimp.
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes; broil for 3 minutes.

Add bread crumbs and sherry and toss until well blended.

Garnish with sprigs of fresh parsley.
This recipe is also great using sea scallops instead of shrimp!
Mix together equal amounts of butter and oil.
Add oregano, parsley, salt and pepper and a generous amount of fresh chopped garlic.
Pour over raw, shelled shrimp.
Top with seasoned bread crumbs and broil for 5 minutes.
Toss shrimp and all ingredients in bowl until well covered. Place layered in pan on low heat until pink on both sides and cooked.
Clean and devein shrimp.
Combine first 7 ingredients (
