BAKED BACON:
Preheat oven to 375\
Set oven to 350 degrees.
Butter an 11 x 7-inch baking dish.
In a bowl whisk together eggs, half and half cream (or milk) melted butter, seasoned salt and black pepper; pour into the prepared baking dish,.
Sprinkle the green onions, bacon and cheddar cheese on top.
Bake uncovered for about 25 minutes or until the eggs are just set.

Put a layer of brown sugar to cover the bottom of a cookie sheet. Place slices of bacon on the brown sugar.
Spread brown sugar over the bacon, coating as evenly as possible.
Bake at 300\u00b0 until done, about 2 hours.
May take longer.
Bacon will get hard, like hard tack candy.
Cut bacon in 3-inch strips.
Serve cold.
Wash and trim asparagus spears.
Cut bacon strips in half crosswise.
Wrap one-half strip bacon around each asparagus spear, leaving tip and end exposed.
Lay on a cookie sheet with sides.
Bake in a preheated 400 degree Fahrenheit oven for 20 to 25 minutes, or until bacon is cooked.
Serve warm or at room temperature.

On a large rimmed baking sheet coated with non-stick cooking spray, toss potatoes with salt and pepper. Arrange bacon around edges of baking sheet.
Bake until potatoes are tender and bacon is thoroughly cooked, about 30 minutes. After the first 15 minutes of cooking time, flip bacon using tongs and stir potatoes.
Pan broil bacon until about half done.
Line muffin rings with bacon (sides and bottom).
Break egg into each cup and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Bake in 325\u00b0 oven until desired doneness.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Place bacon slices one next to the other on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes. Remove from oven. Flip bacon slices with kitchen tongs and return to oven. Bake until crispy, 15 to 20 minutes more. Thinner slices will need less time, about 20 minutes total. Drain on a plate lined with paper towels.

Place wrapped scallops onto a baking sheet, and bake in the oven for about 8 minutes, then turn over and bake for another 8 minutes or until the scallops are opaque.

Dip bacon slices in egg mixture, then in cracker crumbs, patting to coat each side.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Spray 8x8-inch casserole dish with cooking oil.
Prepare Macaroni & Cheese according to package directions. Stir in cream cheese and Cheddar cheese. Add broccoli. Pour mixture into prepared baking dish.
Combine panko and bacon crumbles; sprinkle over the mac & cheese.
Bake until topping is golden brown, 20 to 25 minutes.
Line rimmed baking sheet with foil. Coat lightly with oil spray.
Lay out bacon in a single layer. Put in a cold oven.
Turn on to 400\u00b0F; Set timer for 17 minutes.
When the 17 minutes is up, check every 1-2 minutes until done. It will look slightly undercooked in the oven. Take it out now & it will be perfect - crispy but not hard.

Preheat oven to 250\u00b0.
Wrap bacon strips around chicken.
Mix soup and sour cream together.
Pour over chicken.
Bake for 2 1/2 hours at 250\u00b0.
Bake potatoes, cut in half lengthwise, scoop out pulp and place in bowl.
Smash pulp and mix in margarine, sour cream, crumbled bacon, salt and pepper and 1/2 cup cheese.
Spoon mixture into potato skins and arrange in baking dish.
Sprinkle 1/4 cup cheese over top of potatoes.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes. Serves 4.
