Twice Baked Bacon And Cheese Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large potatoes
    6 pieces bacon, fried crisp
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    salt and pepper to taste
    3/4 c. Cheddar/Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Bake potatoes, cut in half lengthwise, scoop out pulp and place in bowl.
    Smash pulp and mix in margarine, sour cream, crumbled bacon, salt and pepper and 1/2 cup cheese.
    Spoon mixture into potato skins and arrange in baking dish.
    Sprinkle 1/4 cup cheese over top of potatoes.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes. Serves 4.
