Mix biscuit mix and water in a bowl for 20 strokes, or until just combined.

You can play with this recipe depending on the shrimp count. Depending on the size of the shrimp will depend on how many appetizers you will get.
I usually cut the bacon in half and wrap around medium size shrimp (30 count).

Put the bacon wrapped shrimp on a cookie sheet, making sure each is covered in the teriyaki baste.

Take 2 small casserole dishes and place scallops and butter in them, divide equally. Place in 450 degree oven for 8-10 min or until scallops have slightly blistered. Remove from oven and drain butter and any excess juices. Top with cooked bacon and cheese and place back in oven for 2 minutesor until cheese has melted.
