Place the meat of your choice in the bottom of a pan.
Mix dry ingredients and pour over meat.
Then mix liquids and pour over meat and dry seasonings.
Marinate at least two hours.
This is better if you marinate your meat overnight or at least for several hours.
Turn once when marinating. Now, grill!
Mix and boil for 5 minutes.
Store in a glass jar.
Sauce will keep for 3 months.
Makes 4 cups.
1. Melt butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat. 2. Add onion and cook for about 2 minutes.
Add garlic and cook 3 more minutes. 3. Stir in remaining ingredients.
Heat to boiling. Reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 30 minutes.

Put all ingredients in a heavy boiler. Simmer for about 30 minutes. Put into squeeze bottles. Makes about 60 oz.

Simmer 15 minutes or until it thickens slightly.
put tomato paste, molasses, soy sauce, cider vinegar, and honey in a non-reactive bowl. warm in microwave @1 minute to mix easier.
toss the dry ingredients in a bowl to mix together, then mix in the wet ingredients.
store in squeezable ketchup or mayonaise bottle in your refrigerator.
In a pot/pan or dutch oven combine chili sauce, brown sugar, beer,liquid smoke, and Worcestershire sauce. Let simmer until all sugar has been dissolved.
Mix all ingredients. Bottle and store in refrigerator. Makes 4-1/2 to 5 cups of sauce.

Brown onion and celery in oil. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer 30 mins. Makes 2 cups of sauce.
Mix together cranberry sauce, Catalina dressing and soup mix in a saucepan.
Simmer on stove.
Delicious on grilled or baked chicken.
Combine all ingredients, stirring well.
Use sauce to baste chicken, lamb, beef or pork when grilling.
Dip ribs in flour and brown in small amount of oil.
Place ribs in sauce made with remaining ingredients.
Spoon sauce over ribs to make sure they are covered.
Cover pan and simmer at 220\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours or more.
Turn ribs once or twice.
Add water as needed, in small amounts.
Mix 1/2 cup brown sugar, Vickers BBQ sauce, and 1 tablespoon lemon juice to make a paste. Mop mixture on ribs and cook at 225\u00b0 to 250\u00b0 for 4 hours on indirect heat on the grill. Baste occasionally during this time. Mix 1/2 cup brown sugar, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, Vickers and Kraft BBQ sauce. Baste the ribs with this mixture 1 hour before removing from the grill. Total cooking time 5-6 hours.

In roasting pan, place vegetables in bottom of pan and place rack over vegetables. Add enough water to the dry ingredients to make a thin paste. Brush ribs on both sides with paste to cover thickly, place in roasting pan, bake at 300 degrees for 3-4 hours.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Press garlic over meaty sides of ribs.
Sprinkle with lemon pepper.
Pour tomato juice over ribs; cover and bake for 1 hour.
Remove from tomato juice and discard juice.
Blend together ketchup, brown sugar, vinegar, worcestershire and chili powder.
Bring to boil over medium head; reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes.
Stir occasionally.
Place precooked ribs on heated grill, meaty side up.
Brush with BBQ sauce mixture made from ketchup mixture.
Cover and grill 5 minutes.
