Brewers B B Q Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. Unsalted Butter
    2 Med Onions (Chopped)
    2 Clove Garlic (Minced)
    4 Tbsp. Dijon Mustard
    4 Tbsp Mild Ground Chilies
    2 Bottles of Beer
    1 c. Tomato Juice
    Pinch of Marjoram
    Pinch of Thyme
    1/2 c. Worcestershire Sauce
    1/2 c. Brown Sugar
    1 tsp. Salt
    1/2 tsp. Fresh Ground Pepper
    2 Tbsp. Hungarian Sweet Paprika
    2 Tbsp. Tomato Paste
Preparation
    1. Melt butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat. 2. Add onion and cook for about 2 minutes.
    Add garlic and cook 3 more minutes. 3. Stir in remaining ingredients.
    Heat to boiling. Reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 30 minutes.
    Makes about 3 cups.
