Simply mix everything together well. Chill for at least one hour before serving. It tastes much better if allowed to chill overnight.

In medium bowl, combine chicken salad, chopped walnuts, mustard and tarragon; mix well.
Cut each cantaloupe quarter lengthwise into 4 slices.

Makes 4 servings.
Preheat oven to 350\u00b0. Bake almonds for 5 to 7 minutes or until toasted. In a small bowl, stir chicken salad, cranberries and almonds together. If necessary, cut the bottom of each butterhead leaf, making leaves about 6-inches long. Discard bottom of leaves.
