Avocado Chicken Salad Sandwich - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1.75 oz cooked chicken, finely shredded
    1 stalk celery, trimmed, finely chopped
    1/4 None small avocado, peeled and stoned
    1 tsp lemon juice
    2 slices bread
Preparation
    Combine the chicken, celery, avocado and lemon juice in a small bowl and season to taste. Spread the chicken mixture on one slice of bread and top with another slice.
    Cut into squares or triangles. Serve.
