FOR THE SLAW ~ Somewhat crush the noodles in

Mix together first 4 ingredients and let stand overnight. Mix beef Ramen noodle seasoning with vegetable oil, vinegar and sugar. One-half hour before serving, crumble up noodles. Add to slaw mixture and stir. Stir the dressing mixture well and add to slaw.
Put the cole slaw in a large bowl.
Open the Ramen noodles.
Crumble the noodles and add to the cole slaw.
Save the seasoning packets for the dressing.
Add the onions, almonds, and sunflower seeds to the slaw mixture.
Toss.
In a separate bowl mix oil, vinegar, sugar, soy and seasoning packets from the Ramen noodles.
Pour over the cole slaw mixture and toss.
Chill 1/2 hour before serving.

Open the Ramen noodles and
Mix first 5 ingredients and half of the Ramen flavoring packet. Refrigerate.
Crush Ramen noodles and mix with sunflower seeds and almonds.
Mix chopped green onions with slaw mixture.
Stir all ingredients together just before serving.
Mix together and refrigerate for about 2 hours before serving.
Whisk together canola oil, vinegar, soy sauce and splenda. Set aside.
Melt 1 stick of butter.
While butter is melting crush dry raman noodles into bite size pieces. Remove the seasoning pack and discard (I reserve the seasoning for use in other dishes).
Add to the melted butter almonds, sesame seeds, and dry raman noodles. Cook until browned.
Shred 1/2 of the head of cabbage and set aside.
When ready to serve pour browned noodles, almonds and seeds into shredded cabbage toss. Add the slaw sauce and toss again.
Wash and cut lettuce, broccoli and onions.
Feel free to add extra of these three to increase servings.
There will be plenty of noodle mixture and dressing.
Spread almonds on a cookie sheet & top with sesame and sunflower seed. Toast in oven at 350 for 10 minutes. Put aside to cool.
Mix ramen noodle seasoning packet with the oil, sugar, vinegar & pepper.
Mix the broccoli and green onions together. Add the seeds and toss.
If you are going to serve within several hours, add the ramen noodles at this point and add the dressing.
Toss and chill several hours before serving.
If you are making the day before, don't add the noodles until several hours before serving.

Crumble ramen noodles and combine with green onions, coleslaw mix, sesame seeds and almonds.
Mix dressing ingredients (oil, vinegar, sugar, salt, pepper and Ramen Noodle flavor packet) in separate bowl.
Pour dressing over salad mixture.
Mix everything together in order. Toss in packets from Ramen noodle soup. Chill.
Stir fry the vegetables with oil, salt and pepper.

boil 1 cup water and add 3 table spoons of soy sauce.
pour the soup into a bowl, put the prepared ramen noodle.
add the stir fried vegetables and place the boiled egg on top of the ramen noodle.
In large skillet on med high heat, saute vegetables in oil for 2 minutes. Turn to low and keep warm.
Bring water in a medium sauce pan to boil. Break noodle \"squares\" in half and add to boiling water. Boil for 3 minutes. Drain water, and add cooked noodles to skillet of vegetables.
Add pepper flakes, garlic, soy sauce, and flavor packets from Ramen noodle packages. Stir/toss with tongs. Serve immediately in a shallow bowl or platter, sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Break noodles and cook as directed on package. Drain and rinse noodles under cold water.
In a large bowl, combine the noodles, celery, water chestnuts, red onion, bell pepper and peas.
Prepare the dressing by whisking together the mayonnaise and ramen noodle seasoning mix. Pour over noodle mixture and toss until well coated. Refrigerate until chilled and serve.

Brown the pound of ground beef, season the beef lightly with the garlic, salt, and pepper.
While the ground beef is cooking, boil the ramen noodles until tender.
when tender, drain and place back in the pot.
When the beef is finished cooking add it to the noodles, then add the ramen noodle season packets to taste, and stir well.
Remove seasoning packet from Ramen noodles and reserve for another use.
Break noodles into pieces.
Melt butter in a large skillet on medium high heat.
Add Ramen noodles and nuts and saute until lightly browned.
Drain on paper towels.
Mix together the coleslaw mix, crushed noodles& sunflower kernels.
In a small bowl, mix the Ramen Noodle seasoning pkt.

Mix all together& refrigerate at least 2 hours.
