Lemon Angel Food Cake

Prepare lemon pie filling, as directed on package& place in fridge to cool slightly (about 45 mins).
Slice angel food cake in half horizontally and place bottom half on a good sized cake platter.
Spoon some lemon pie filling on this and then add the top half of the angel food cake.
Cover the whole cake with the rest of the lemon pie filling.
Refrigerate for about an hour.
Prepare Dream Whip, as directed on the package& spread over the cake.

Angel Food Dessert

Scald the milk.
Add the beaten egg yolks, sugar and gelatin which has been dissolved in the pineapple juice (heat juice and dissolve).
Set aside to cool.
Add pineapple and cut up cherries. Whip the cream and fold into beaten egg whites.
Fold into pineapple mixture.
Break angel food cake in pieces and place in pan.
Pour mixture over and chill.
Serve with whipped cream and cherries.

Black Forest Angel Food Cake

Use a long serrated knife to cut the angel food cake in half, width-wise. Hollow out each cake half; use the bits of cake to fill the hole in the center, making 2 cake bowls.
Whisk the pudding mix, whipped topping, milk, and almond extract in a large bowl; beat well. Pour pudding mixture evenly into the cake bowls.
Evenly spoon cherry pie filling around the top edge of each cake. Chill cakes in refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.

In mixer, mix cream cheese, sugar, vanilla and Cool Whip. Spread on top of cake evenly.
Cut up fresh strawberries and place on cream cheese mixture.
Place strawberry glaze on top of strawberries and refrigerate.
