Preheat oven to 350. Beat the butter and sugar in a bowl until light and fluffy. Add the egg.
Stir in the dry ingredients, applesauce and water one at a time.
Drop teaspoonfuls onto a non-stick baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes
In a large bowl combine baking mix, sugar, and cinnamon.
In a seperate bowl combine egg, applesauce, milk, oil and cheese.
Add to dry ingredients.
Fold in walnuts.
Grease or spray muffin pan.
Fill each cup 2/3 full.
Bake in a 400 degree oven for 15-20 min or until light golden.
Cool muffins in pan for 10 minutes.
Run sharp knife around muffin to loosen and remove from pan.
Beat the sugars (white and brown) and oil together. Add eggs and beat again. Add applesauce, raisins, salt and soda, then flour. Stir in walnuts or pecans.
Bake in large flat pan, 13 x 18-inches, at 350\u00b0.

Pour batter into greased 9.5 inch pie pan or comparable. Bake 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until done.
